Devon's Take

The F40 is the last Ferrari built before lawyers and accountants took the wheel. 478 hp, twin-turbocharged, composite bodywork that demands respect — it will kill you if you're sloppy. The Chiron is a 1,500-hp physics simulator with ten radiators and a turbo farm that makes it faster everywhere on earth. I'd rather drive the F40. I'd rather own the Chiron. That's not a weakness in either car — it's the most honest thing I can say about both of them. One is a weapon. One is a monument. The F40 is the weapon.

Winner

Ferrari F40

Raw feedback, mid-engine balance, and 2,425 lbs of hunger. The Chiron is faster on paper; the F40 teaches you something every single lap.

Drag

Winner

Bugatti Chiron

1,479 hp and all-wheel drive demolish the F40's 478 horses. Not a contest — Chiron 0–60 in 2.4s, F40 in 3.8s. Done.

Winner

Bugatti Chiron

Power steering, climate control, compliant suspension. The F40 will punish you on city streets. The Chiron drives like a performance sedan by comparison.

The car that ended Enzo's life. 1,311 built. Every enthusiast on earth knows what it is. Chiron is fast money; the F40 is permanent legend.
